Chicken Robusto
  • 2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Seven Seas Robusto Italian Dressing
  • 1 1b. bag egg noodles
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Place chicken in crockpot. Pour Italian dressing over. Cover and cook on low 7 hours or high 3 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from Crock Pot and leave turned on. Add 1/2 the sour cream and stir until dissolved. Cook noodles and drain. Add remaining sour cream and the Parmesan cheese to noodles and mix until dissolved. Serve chicken over the noodles. Pour warm Italian dressing over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.

My Notes:

I made this with Mediterranean Greek Feta salad dressing and chopped garlic cloves (2.5 over 6 small breasts).  It was great! I didn’t use a whole bottle, just enough to cover the chicken pretty good and leave stuff to go over noodles.  I’ve also served it over Schwan’s vegetable mixes (fire roasted veggies and garlic roasted veggies), and it was really good. I just sprinkled parmesan over it.  Used lite sour cream.
